Biografie

Tabea Rohner has been a doctoral candidate in social anthropology at the chair of Prof. Dr. Peter Finke since September 2016. From 2009 until 2014 she studied social anthropology, philosophy and political sciences at the University of Zurich. For her Master’s degree she moved to the University of Sussex (UK), where she studied anthropology with a special focus on the anthropology of the global political economy. In summer 2017 she received a starting grant from the UFSP Asien und Europa and became part of the interdisciplinary doctoral programme. Her doctoral project investigates social and economic processes in postsocialist Southeast Kazakhstan.
